The Mindfulness Club provides a great opportunity for your child to begin the week in a calm and relaxed manner. Modern life can be very busy, but when students are able to use a few simple strategies they learn to feel calm and focused in any situation. In Mindfulness Club, your child will practise breathing techniques, positive thinking and active focusing.
Mindfulness Club is held every Monday from 8:45am to 9:00am. All students are welcome to come along any time. No sign up or ongoing commitment is required. Students can simply turn up in the morning and come as often as they like. Contact us for more information.
