Starting School
We very much look forward to your family joining the Manly Village Public School community.
Starting school is an extremely important step for both you and your child. We have developed the Kindergarten Parent Information booklet for your reference.
The Starting School page of the Department of Education website provides guidelines to assist you in preparing for school.
Once you have made this important decision, it is our goal at Manly Village to ensure that your child feels happy and safe from his or her very first day. To achieve this goal, we have implemented an extensive information and orientation programme, an ongoing buddy system, and a welcoming approach to your child's first day of school.
School uniform
You can obtain school uniform online from Pickles or phone 9905 2711 and press option 1 to arrange for an appointment to purchase from the Brookvale store.
The second-hand uniform shop opens on Friday afternoons afternoons from 2:45 to 3:45 on the deck outside the admin office.
