At Manly Village we cater for gifted and talented students and high performing students through differentiated programming, grouping, a range of teaching pedagogies and individual learning programs.
The Learning Support Team meets regularly to discuss how to best support gifted and talented students and those students that are known as 'twice exceptional' as they at once have gifts, talents and learning difficulties.
The Learning Support Team works closely with stage and grade supervisors to suopport classroom teachers in providing meaningful extension work for high performing students. Manly students are engaged in personal interest projects that aim to develop their knowledge, understanding and abilities in a particular area of interest.
